Job summary

ITW in Swindon is seeking an experienced strategic marketing leader to drive customer-back growth across EMEA. You will independently manage Explore projects from prioritization to market analysis, customer-site research, and executive recommendations, coordinating with Sales, Product Management, Marketing, R&D, channel partners, and regional leadership.

The role requires leading multiple initiatives, translating insights into growth opportunities, and traveling regularly across EMEA.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Engineering, Economics, Market Research or related field.
Seven or more years of progressive experience in strategic marketing, product management, innovation, market intelligence or related B2B industrial role.
Demonstrated experience independently leading segmentation, growth strategy, market-entry or adjacent-market projects.
Proven experience conducting in-depth customer interviews or observational research and turning evidence into value propositions.
Strong analytical capability in market sizing, trend analysis, competitive intelligence, and business-case development.

Responsibilities

Own the development and execution of the EMEA Explore roadmap.
Lead multiple Explore projects from kickoff through opportunity recommendation.
Partner with regional and divisional leadership to identify attractive markets and sub-segments.
Develop project charters and research plans defining questions, scope, timing and governance.
Plan and conduct in-person EMEA customer-site visits and virtual interviews.
Apply a What? So What? Now What? framework to connect evidence with business implications.
