Qualifications

• 2–3 years' experience in Financial Controlling or FP&A.
• Degree in Economics, Business Administration, or a related field; CIMA/ACCA/ACA is a plus.
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken; advanced Excel skills.

Responsibilities

• Weekly sales and KPI reporting for senior stakeholders with variance explanations.
• Annual budgets and forecasts for Retail, Corporate Overheads, Marketing, and Direct Costs; consolidate European P&L budgets.
• Build financial models and business cases for CAPEX; support investment decisions and scenario analysis.
• Maintain Hyperion planning and reporting tools; support SOX compliance and internal controls.
