Job summary

Michael Kors is seeking an analytical FP&A Analyst to support Europe across Retail and Corporate functions. You will drive weekly sales reporting, monthly reviews, and annual budgets, partnering with Retail, US Finance, HR, and corporate budget owners to challenge assumptions and improve profitability.

You will maintain Hyperion planning, support SOX/compliance, and deliver actionable insights for senior leadership, with a focus on cost discipline and performance across Europe.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years' experience in Financial Controlling or FP&A
• Understanding of fashion retail business and growth/opportunity advisory
• Fluency in English (written and spoken)
• Advanced Excel; Hyperion and SAP knowledge is a plus
• Strong ability to communicate with finance and non-finance stakeholders
• Ability to prioritize independently and meet multiple deadlines

Responsibilities

• Support weekly sales, KPI, and management reporting for Europe
• Consolidate budgets and forecasts for Retail, Corporate, Marketing, Direct Costs
• Prepare month-end packs with variance explanations vs budget/forecast
• Develop capital expenditure requests and business cases
• Partner with Retail, US Finance, HR, and budget owners for cost optimization
• Maintain Hyperion planning and data integrity, support SOX controls
• Provide ad hoc analysis to drive performance across planning and reporting
