Job summary

Allegis Global Solutions seeks a Senior Finance Manager to lead the EMEA Financial Reporting function in a complex multi-country environment. This is a reporting and controllership-led role with ownership of financial reporting, balance sheet governance, statutory accounts, audit delivery and control effectiveness across the region.

The role also supports finance transformation initiatives including Oracle Fusion implementation.

Qualifications

• Experience leading financial reporting across multiple jurisdictions.
• Strong knowledge of UK GAAP / FRS 102 and IFRS.
• Experience managing a team of managers.
• Track record of process improvement and automation.

Responsibilities

• Own monthly, quarterly and annual entity and consolidated reporting.
• Lead EMEA statutory audit activity and coordinate with external auditors.
• Maintain balance sheet governance with reconciliations and timely issue resolution.
• Lead a team of 8 in the regional Financial Reporting function.
• Partner with Global Financial Reporting, Tax, Treasury, Legal and shared services to ensure strong financial discipline.
