ICAEW, a global group expanding its footprint in Europe and the UK, seeks an experienced finance leader to take full responsibility for Financial Control and Finance Operations. The role reports to the EMEA CFO and covers governance, treasury and transformation across Europe, with a UK focus.

You will lead a regional finance team, drive working capital strategies, and partner with the business to deliver performance improvements.

Qualifikationen

• Qualified finance professional with regional leadership experience.
• Experience in large corporate groups is preferred.
• Strong governance, treasury and working capital knowledge.

• Lead Financial Control and governance across Europe.
• Manage and develop the regional finance team reporting to the EMEA CFO.
• Drive finance transformation and SSC governance.
• Partner with business to drive performance and growth.
