• You will be a qualified finance professional with experience leading a regional, growing team.
• Demonstrable experience managing senior finance professionals in a big-company or group context.
• Strong focus on financial control, governance, and transformation.

Responsibilities

• Lead Financial Control and governance functions.
• Manage the regional finance team and report to the EMEA CFO.
• Drive Finance Transformation and business partnering across Europe.
• Oversee treasury, banking, and controls.
• Optimize working capital and cash performance.
• Build and lead the Europe, Middle East, and Africa finance team.
