Qualifications

• Several years of full-time investment banking experience.
• Interest in private capital markets, minority M&A, and structured transactions.
• Desire to work across sectors with exposure to various transactions.
• Strong technical ability and proficiency in corporate finance and investor returns modelling.
• Ability to engage in client and investor communications.
• Ability to take ownership across a transaction across teams.
• Ability to manage multiple transactions simultaneously.

Responsibilities

• Work with clients with industry/country teams to analyse transaction structure and financial modelling.
• Identify investor universe and speak to investors for partnerships or identifications.
• Assist in preparing transaction marketing materials and term sheets.
• Coordinate processes from launch to signing with internal teams and investor outreach.
• Analyse proposals and oversee financial modelling to compare returns under different structures; support final negotiations.
• Prepare materials for JP Morgan clients in partnership with industry/country teams.
• Be prepared to perform a variety of tasks and step up as needed.
