Job summary

Snyk is seeking an experienced B2B marketer to own and expand EMEA field and partner marketing programmes. You will translate regional priorities into impactful campaigns, events, and partner activities, aligning with sales to move opportunities and drive pipeline.

You’ll shape programs across the UK, France, Germany, Benelux, and the Nordics, using data to optimize ROI and expand partner enablement. A travel component (up to 30%) is expected.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in B2B technology marketing with regional exposure to EMEA.
• Proven track record in field and partner marketing driving pipeline.
• Experience using Salesforce and marketing automation tools.

Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver EMEA field marketing programmes aligned to regional sales goals.
• Execute ABM programmes, local events, webinars, and third‑party conferences.
• Adapt global campaigns for UK, France, Germany, Benelux and Nordics.
• Build and run joint marketing with EMEA partners and MDF campaigns.
• Track performance with metrics on pipeline influence and ROI.
