Job summary

Exa in London is seeking a Field Event Manager to build Exa's presence across EMEA. As the first Field Marketer in the region, you will shape the program from the ground up and partner with regional sales to drive pipeline.

This role combines high-touch event creation with venue sourcing, vendor management, run-of-show control, and on-site execution. Travel across EMEA and occasional trips to San Francisco HQ.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of field or event marketing at a B2B tech company.
• Own regional program rather than just execution.
• Proven ability to drive pipeline.
• Strong partnership with sales.
• Deep understanding of the EMEA market.
• Budget and timeline management.
• Growth mindset with AI-enabled efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Define regional program strategy and quarterly pipeline goals.
• Own end-to-end event execution from concept to follow-up.
• Align with Account Executives and SDRs for target accounts.
• Drive pipeline and qualified opportunities from events.
• Manage regional budget and vendor contracts.
• Leverage AI to streamline operations and outcomes.
