Job summary

ACS Performance is seeking a Field Applications Engineering Manager to lead technical support activities across the EMEA region. The role blends customer engagement with technical consultancy, project management and team leadership, with a hybrid work setup in Crawley.

You will work closely with customers, sales teams and engineering stakeholders to deliver display and HMI solutions, support product integration, and drive long-term customer success while mentoring the FAE team.

Qualifications

• Experience with LCD display technology and HMI solutions.
• Customer-facing Applications Engineering or Field Applications Engineering experience.
• Degree in Electrical Engineering or related discipline.
• Strong communication and project management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead Field Applications Engineering across the EMEA region.
• Support customers with LCD/HMI solutions and provide technical guidance throughout the sales process.
• Manage engineering projects and coordinate resources across multiple activities.
• Develop and mentor a growing Field Applications Engineering team.
