Job summary

Rise Technical Recruitment Ltd is seeking a Senior Field Application Engineer to lead EMEA engineering support for LCD/HMI solutions. The role involves owning customer engagements, guiding pre-sales activities, and collaborating with sales to win high-value opportunities across Europe.

You will oversee a growing technical team, applying deep display and embedded expertise while delivering innovative solutions and ensuring customer satisfaction in a hybrid Crawley-based role.

Qualifications

• Experience with LCD display technologies.
• Strong knowledge of HMI hardware and related technologies.
• Background in embedded systems using x86 and ARM architectures.
• Experience with Linux, Windows and/or Android environments.
• Customer-focused with excellent stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead engineering support for EMEA customers across standard and custom projects.
• Provide pre-sales technical support, demonstrations and solution development.
• Drive customer retention and support product lifecycle management activities.
• Manage engineering projects, forecasting and technical documentation.
• Support the sales function to achieve a high RFQ win rate.
