CLSA is seeking a Facilities & Administration Manager to lead the facilities and administration teams for CSI offices across the EMEA region, with a strong emphasis on London operations. The role interacts with internal teams and external partners to maintain compliant, efficient offices.

The successful candidate will have a bachelor’s degree, prior staff-management experience, and a practical, solution-driven approach.

Qualifications

  • A bachelor’s degree or above is required.
  • Experience managing staff is required.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills are essential.
  • A practical and solutions-focused approach to problem-solving is expected.
  • Good understanding of M&E (mechanical & electrical) systems is required.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work as part of a team are important.
  • Awareness of cost control and commercial considerations is expected.
  • Understanding of the legal and regulatory environment is important.
  • Experience in a regulated environment would be advantageous.
  • Candidate should balance technical and commercial priorities.

Responsibilities

  • Manage facilities and administration teams for CSI offices in EMEA, ensuring smooth operations.
  • Liaise with building management and ensure compliance with regulations and legislation.
  • Oversee reception and other administration staff in London and across EMEA.
  • Coordinate with CACS/other teams to ensure smooth in-house events.
  • Manage general office administration including supplies, equipment maintenance and outsourced services.
  • Organise record retention/archiving of company records.
  • Handle stationery procurement and office/kitchen supplies.
  • Act as Management Representative for EMS development, implementation and reporting.
  • Support efficient office administration and perform ad hoc duties as required.
