Susquehanna International Group seeks an experienced Facilities Manager for our London office. You will oversee facilities operations, critical infrastructure, and workplace strategy to support a high‑performance technology trading business.

Reporting to the Head of Facilities EMEA, you will manage a facilities team, coordinate with security, IT and HR, and drive sustainability, safety and efficiency across the site.

Competenze

• 8+ years’ facilities management experience; depth in mission‑critical environments.
• 3+ years leading a facilities team.
• Experience in financial services, trading firms, technology, data centres or mission‑critical settings.
• Strong understanding of hard services and technical building infrastructure.
• Proven experience managing third‑party vendors and contracts.
• Delivery of office relocations, fit‑outs or major capital projects.

Mansioni

• Lead day‑to‑day facilities operations across the London Office.
• Ensure a safe, compliant and efficient environment for staff and visitors.
• Line manage the London facilities team and set objectives.
• Manage hard and soft FM services (M&E, HVAC, BMS, security, cleaning).
• Develop SLAs with key suppliers and contractors; conduct audits.
• Oversee critical infrastructure supporting trading and technology operations.
• Lead office fit‑outs, relocations and capital projects; manage budgets.
• Coordinate with Tech, Network Engineering and Security for resilience.
• Support sustainability, energy efficiency and workplace initiatives.
• Ensure health & safety compliance and incident response readiness.
