Job summary

Snowflake seeks an Strategic Events Specialist, EMEA, based in London with a minimum of three days onsite per week. You will own Snowflake-hosted events and major third-party conferences across Europe, the Middle East and Africa, coordinating logistics, speakers and budgets with Sales, Marketing and Partners.

You will travel across EMEA for onsite delivery and manage end-to-end event experiences with measurable business impact, reporting to the Sr. Event Manager, EMEA.

Qualifications

• 5+ years experience in events, field marketing, or closely related environment.
• Experience owning event workstreams independently, including onsite delivery.
• Experience with B2B trade shows, conferences, or owned events, ideally in tech.

Responsibilities

• Own Snowflake-hosted events end-to-end from planning to onsite delivery.
• Coordinate registrations, agendas, speakers, and logistics for multiple events.
• Manage budgets, vendors, venue, catering, and branding to ensure high-quality experiences.
• Lead post-event reporting, data capture, and follow-up with Sales and Marketing Ops.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Strategic Events, Field Marketing, Sales and Partners.
