Job summary

Omnea is building its GTM and Solution Consulting function from the ground up in the US, at a company rewriting enterprise procurement with an AI-native platform. You’ll own complex, multi-stakeholder enterprise deals and translate needs into a compelling technical narrative.

You’ll shape demos, PoCs, and ROI-focused conversations with C-level executives, mentor teammates, and work with Product and GTM to align the solution with market needs and push scalable impact.

Qualifications

• 5-7+ years in enterprise sales engineering or solutions engineering in B2B SaaS.
• Proven track record supporting high-contract-value enterprise deals.
• Excellent communicator capable with procurement to CTO-level stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Own the technical strategy on large, high-stakes enterprise deals with Heads of Procurement, IT, Security and Finance.
• Coordinate across operational users and economic buyers to align on system decisions.
• Design and own PoCs end-to-end, integrating current state processes into the Omnea platform.
• Present ROI-focused outcomes to executives up to C-level, beyond a feature checklist.
• Create reusable collateral, solution patterns, and demo frameworks for faster future deployments.
• Mentor teammates on customer engagement and technical strategy.
