Job summary

Semrush Consulting Services seeks a Digital Strategy Consultant to partner with enterprise customers, designing and executing transformational SEO and GEO strategies. You will lead structured discovery, create multi‑quarter roadmaps, and drive scalable operating models that embed SEO and GEO across the digital marketing ecosystem.

In this role you will facilitate executive workshops, align cross‑functional teams, and champion adoption of strategic frameworks to accelerate value realization.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in digital strategy, SEO and GEO consulting or related roles.
• Experience leading structured discovery engagements and roadmaps.
• Ability to design scalable operating models and governance.
• Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders at Director/VP level.
• Familiarity with AI-driven search trends and analytics is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead structured discovery engagements to assess SEO/GEO maturity and opportunities.
• Create phased, multi-quarter roadmaps with measurable outcomes.
• Design scalable governance frameworks and operating models.
