Job summary

Semrush Consulting Services seeks a Digital Strategy Consultant to partner with enterprise customers, designing and executing transformational SEO and GEO strategies that drive measurable outcomes.

Lead structured discovery, develop multi-quarter roadmaps, and guide scalable operating models embedding SEO/GEO into digital marketing. You will collaborate with Sales, Customer Success, and Product to ensure alignment and long-term growth.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in digital strategy, SEO and GEO consulting or related roles.
• Proven experience leading structured discovery engagements and translating insights into executive roadmaps.
• Ability to design scalable operating models, governance frameworks, and cross-functional workflows.
• Experience influencing senior stakeholders at Director/VP level and aligning across Marketing, Product, Engineering.
• Strong facilitation and executive communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead structured discovery engagements to assess SEO/GEO maturity and operating models.
• Translate insights into phased, multi-quarter roadmaps with defined milestones and success criteria.
• Design scalable governance frameworks and operating models across Marketing, Product, Engineering, and Content teams.
• Lead workshops and executive briefings to align stakeholders and drive value realization.
