Job summary
Semrush Consulting Services is seeking a Digital Strategy Consultant to partner with enterprise customers in designing and executing transformational SEO and GEO strategies that drive measurable business outcomes. You will lead structured discovery engagements, build multi-quarter roadmaps, and guide scalable operating models, embedding SEO and GEO into clients’ broader digital marketing ecosystem.
Cross-functional collaboration with Sales, Customer Success, and Product ensures long-term
Qualifications
- 8+ years of experience in digital strategy, SEO and GEO consulting, change management, or related roles in SaaS/MarTech environments.
- Proven experience leading structured discovery engagements and translating insights into executive roadmaps.
- Strong ability to design scalable operating models, governance frameworks, and cross-functional workflows.
Responsibilities
- Lead structured workshops, prioritization sessions, and executive briefings to define outcomes and align stakeholders.
- Develop multi-quarter SEO and GEO roadmaps with clear priorities, milestones, and success criteria.
- Design scalable governance frameworks and operating models for long-term adoption across marketing, product, engineering, and content.
