Job summary

Kai is hiring our founding Director of Strategic Accounts to own the EMEA territory and help us build our international business. This is a hunter role — you will build pipeline from scratch, open doors at the largest enterprises, and close deals that matter.

You will work directly with security leaders at Global 2000 and Fortune 500 accounts, navigating multi-stakeholder sales cycles and bringing a new AI-native security platform to market. Kai is early, ambitious, and winning.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of B2B enterprise software sales experience, with a track record of closing complex deals.
• Experience selling to Global 2000/Fortune 500 accounts and navigating multi-stakeholder cycles.
• Background in cybersecurity or related security domains is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Own the full sales cycle in the EMEA region, especially the UK.
• Build and manage your own pipeline and close net-new logos.
• Engage C-level security/IT leaders and stakeholders to drive deals.
