Job summary

A leading technology company in the UK is seeking a Strategic Account Manager to drive long-term success with key accounts. You will be the primary contact for enterprise customers, focusing on customer relationships and growth opportunities. The ideal candidate has at least 6 years of account management experience and fluency in German is preferred. This role includes collaboration with cross-functional teams and offers a hybrid work model.

Qualifications

  • 6 years of enterprise business development or account management experience.
  • Fluent in German is preferred.
  • Significant technical knowledge of design software or related technology.
  • Ability to negotiate large complex proposals at a SVP or C-suite level.
  • Experience in the technology industry is strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Act as the primary point of contact for assigned Enterprise customers.
  • Identify growth opportunities and ensure customers realize full value of solutions.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Product, and Engineering teams.
  • Manage execution of significant or complex contracts.
  • Availability and willingness to travel as needed to customer sites.
