Job summary

Ashby is seeking a demand-generation leader for the enterprise segment across Europe. You’ll partner with a US counterpart to rethink and define the strategy to fit European market nuances, prioritizing meaningful engagement over generic tactics.

You will orchestrate multi-channel ABM campaigns, align with Sales, and define target accounts and journeys to drive discovery and pipeline in the EMEA region.

Qualifications

• Lead demand generation for our enterprise segment in Europe.
• First-principles thinker who prioritizes meaningful engagement over generic tactics.
• Collaborate with sales and marketing to build enterprise pipeline in a fast-moving environment.
• Define EMEA ABM strategy and coordinate channels to support discovery and prospect journey.

Responsibilities

• Develop prospect journey maps; craft messaging, content, and creative with PMM, content, and creative teams.
• Build target account lists with Sales and RevOps; define cohorts and measurement.
• Manage agency partners, including gifting agency Wildcard; supervise campaign execution.
• Coordinate events: dinners, activations, and conference-related activities.
• Apply experimentation framework to localize content and campaign strategy for EMEA.
