Moonbug Entertainment is seeking a Director of Distribution, EMEA, to maximize revenues by leveraging IP across platforms, reporting to the Head of Distribution, EMEA in London. The role targets new and existing partners across SVOD/AVOD/FAST and linear channels.

The ideal candidate will have 5–7 years in distribution or sales within TV/digital media, a strong network in EMEA, and fluent English with additional German or French as a strong plus.

Qualifications

• At least 5–7 years of experience in a distribution or sales role.
• Working knowledge of TV and digital media businesses across EMEA, esp. kids content.
• Extensive network in EMEA, esp. UK&I, DACH, France, SW Europe.
• Fluent or native English; German and/or French a plus.

Responsabilités

• Initiate, negotiate, and close distribution deals with cable, satellite, internet, mobile platforms and broadcasters across SVOD/AVOD/FAST.
• Nurture and improve existing partnerships with broadcasters, telcos, and digital partners to maximize sales revenue.
• Build and maintain relationships with decision-makers to maximize revenues, ratings, and promotional opportunities; coordinate solutions to contract, distribution, or marketing issues.
• Monitor market changes; use research/data to set the best sales strategies and identify opportunities from new entrants or delivery systems.
• Work with Head of Distribution to implement product-packaging strategies, from individual program sales to linear distribution and branded blocks.
• Develop strong internal relationships to ensure operational excellence and collaborate with senior management on financial/strategic implications of major deals.
• Attend industry functions to represent Moonbug and raise brand profile.
