Job summary

Moonbug Entertainment in London is seeking a Director of Distribution to drive revenue across EMEA by leveraging IP across platforms, both linear and digital, reporting to Head of Distribution, EMEA. You will lead deal negotiations and manage key broadcaster partnerships.

The role requires a deep understanding of SVOD/AVOD/FAST, a strong network in UK & Ireland, DACH and Italy, and a strategic, data-driven mindset to maximise opportunities on every screen.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in distribution or sales roles.

Responsibilities

• Negotiate and close distribution deals across SVOD/AVOD/FAST.
• Manage and expand partnerships with broadcasters, telcos, and digital partners.
• Develop and implement distribution strategies across multiple platforms in EMEA.
