Job summary

GraphAware is seeking a Director GraphAware Solutions EMEA (UK based) to act as the strategic bridge and revenue multiplier within Neo4j’s EMEA sales organization. You will balance direct deal execution in UK accounts with regional GTM enablement across national security, defense, and intelligence sectors.

You will originate and close high-value GraphAware Hume opportunities, collaborate with Neo4j AEs and partners, and drive co-selling alignment across Europe while mentoring junior team members.

Qualifications

• Domain expertise in law enforcement, national security, or intelligence analysis, or proven success selling into those accounts.
• 4–6+ years in B2B/B2G software or SaaS sales, ideally with intelligence/risk domains.
• Experience driving complex enterprise sales with long cycles and high value.
• Experience managing or growing partnerships to enable go-to-market.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic co-selling and enablement with Neo4j AEs, SEs, and regional sales leaders across EMEA.
• Directly originate and close GraphAware Hume opportunities in UK accounts.
• Guide GTM alignment and co-selling across Europe.
• Maintain relationships with key domain leaders to safeguard account health and renewal.
• Collaborate with delivery teams to drive expansion and long-term retention.
