Job summary

Neo4j is seeking a seasoned public sector sales professional to develop and execute a territory plan, build pipeline, and win opportunities for Neo4j graph platform.

You will articulate the value of graph technology, lead end-to-end sale cycles with strategic selling, scope POCs with pre-sales, and collaborate with marketing and partners to expand business in key accounts. Travel to London-based opportunities as needed.

Qualifications

  • Public sector experience is required.
  • Ability to develop and execute territory plans.
  • Strong presentation and communication skills.
  • Experience with strategic selling methodologies.
  • Proven ability to build and manage sales pipeline.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a territory plan based on target agencies and use cases to build a pipeline aligned with quarterly and annual targets.
  • Develop expert knowledge of Neo4j solutions and their applicability in the target market.
  • Articulate the benefits of graph technology over alternative databases to customers.
  • Drive end-to-end sales cycles using strategic selling tactics.
  • Create proposals and collaborate with Pre-Sales to scope and deliver POCs.
  • Land and expand within accounts, growing Neo4j's footprint.
  • Guide and support SDRs, field marketing, and channel efforts to support pipeline.
  • Maintain Salesforce CRM with accurate pipeline data per forecasting guidelines.
