Job summary

GraphAware Limited is seeking a Director GraphAware Solutions EMEA (UK based) to lead strategic co-selling and direct UK sales for GraphAware Hume within the Neo4j EMEA ecosystem. You will enable regional GTM, drive high-value opportunities, and manage key national security, defense, and intelligence accounts.

You will collaborate across Neo4j teams, partners, and customers to accelerate growth, ensure retention and maximize ARR while navigating a hybrid UK work setup and travel obligations.

Qualifications

• Background in law enforcement, national security, or intelligence analysis or proven success selling to those accounts.
• 4–6+ years in B2B/B2G software or SaaS sales with enterprise deals.
• Experience driving complex, long sales cycles with high-value transactions.
• Experience managing or mentoring 1–3 individuals.

Responsibilities

• Strategic co-selling & sales enablement with Neo4j Account Executives, Sales Engineers, and regional leadership.
• Direct UK account ownership of GraphAware Hume opportunities and close deals.
• Maintain relationships across client organizations to ensure mission success and drive expansion.
• Partner with Neo4j’s partner team to enable high-value alliances and SIs.
