Job summary

GraphAware Limited is seeking a Director GraphAware Solutions EMEA (UK based) to bridge strategy and revenue for GraphAware Hume within the Neo4j EMEA framework. You will originate and close high-value UK opportunities, drive GTM enablement, and coordinate with Neo4j AEs, partners, and delivery teams across Europe.

You will lead strategic co-selling, manage complex deals, and nurture executive relationships across national security, defense, and law enforcement domains.

Qualifications

• Domain expertise in law enforcement, national security, or intelligence analysis (5–10 years) OR proven success selling software to those domains.
• 4–6+ years in B2B/B2G software or SaaS sales, ideally with intelligence/risk/financial crime focus.
• Experience driving complex, long sales cycles with high-value deals.
• Experience managing or growing partnerships to support GTM.
• Strategic mindset with ability to execute and prioritize high-leverage opportunities.
• Direct, clear, concise communication style; strong stakeholder management.
• Cooperative, low-ego approach; collaborative with government clients.
• Experience mentoring 1–3 personnel in a sales or GTM setting.

Responsibilities

• Strategic co-selling and enablement with Neo4j AEs, SEs, and regional leadership across EMEA.
• Directly originate and close GraphAware Hume opportunities in UK accounts.
• Provide direction to sales executives covering other EMEA markets.
• Maintain relationships with domain leaders to safeguard account health and drive retention.
• Collaborate with Field Engineering and delivery teams for successful deployments and expansion.
• Align with Neo4j partners and SIs to accelerate joint opportunities.
