Job summary

T. Rowe Price seeks a senior leader to oversee the Client Account Management Team and Client Implementation across the EMEA region.

The role drives end-to-end client lifecycle management for institutional and intermediary clients within asset management, partnering with Relationship Management and other teams to deliver superior client outcomes. The position requires deep experience in governance, risk, and transformational change, and offers visibility into strategic programmes and operating

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent with 12+ years of relevant experience in asset management.
• At least 5 years in a substantive people-leadership role.
• Experience leading client onboarding and lifecycle management in asset management.

Responsibilities

• Lead both Client Implementation and Client Account Services teams in the EMEA region.
• Build a high-performing leadership culture through coaching, performance management and succession planning.
• Own governance, oversight and control framework for client onboarding and servicing.
• Act as senior escalation point for complex or high-risk client matters, coordinating with partners to resolve issues.
• Represent GCAS in governance forums, shaping decisions on transformation programmes and new product launches.
• Establish KPIs and service health measures, using data to drive improvements.
