T. Rowe Price is seeking a senior leader to head the Global Client Account Services and Onboarding functions for the EMEA region.

The role requires steering client onboarding, service delivery and complex relationships across institutional, intermediary, and insurance clients. The successful candidate will lead a team of 10+ professionals, drive governance, risk management and transformation efforts, and collaborate with Relationship Management, Legal & Compliance and other partners to deliver

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree, or an equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.
• At least 12 years of relevant experience, including at least 5 years in a substantive people-leadership role.
• Experience leading enterprise-level change programmes within an asset management firm, with PMO governance exposure.
• Proven ability to operate as a senior leader: setting strategy, making decisions under ambiguity, influencing executives and cross-functional partners.
• Strong knowledge of client lifecycle risk, governance, controls and regulatory expectations in an EMEA asset management environment.

Aufgaben

• Lead both Client Onboarding and Client Servicing teams day to day, defining accountabilities and standards.
• Develop managers and associates through coaching, feedback, objective setting and succession planning.
• Oversee the professional client lifecycle across onboarding, change and ongoing servicing for complex relationships.
• Chair or contribute to governance for pipeline triage, complexity assessment and new business initiatives.
• Own major client escalations and critical communications, balancing client outcomes with risk and resilience.
• Represent GCAS in governance and transformation programmes, including Target Operating Model enhancements.
