T. Rowe Price is seeking a capable Platform Relationship and Service Support professional to bolster EMEA distribution of European funds and ETFs.

Qualifications

• Academic excellence with IMC or equivalent qualification.
• Around 3+ years related experience from an Asset Management background.
• Demonstrated collaborative skills with the ability to establish genuine, strong relationships with internal and external clients, demonstrating high ethical standards in all interactions.
• Demonstrates strong desire to undertaken relationship management support activities as well as client servicing.
• Ability to work with clients across the value chain.
• Enthusiasm to understand and drive improvement through fund distribution value chains.
• Ability to review data, use CRM and other enablement tools.
• Strong data driven mindset and desire to utilize data to aid decision making.
• High levels of attention to detail and accuracy.
• Solid understanding of and interest in financial market operational dynamics and financial markets with proven client facing and commercial relationship management skills Sound judgement and problem‑solving skills e.g. the ability to quickly identify internal and external client needs/expectations and propose relevant solutions, working independently to solve for challenges or client needs.

Responsibilities

• This role will provide servicing and relationship sales support to the EMEA Distribution efforts, helping to build the distribution footprint of T. Rowe Price European products across platforms and online brokers.
• Manage day-to-day requirements of EMEA platforms, onboarding new platforms and funds to platforms, including RFPs and due diligence.
• Develop relationships with internal stakeholders to support delivery of funds through platforms and improve operating models.
• Interpret platform data and communicate insights to stakeholders; support CRM data quality and enhancements in Salesforce.
• Anticipate needs of relationship managers to aid sales and servicing, driving growth and equipping teams with tools and information.
• Research opportunities and stay informed about industry trends, regulatory changes, and competitor activity.
• Support in preparing meetings, research, presentations, and customized deliverables for platform-related discussions.
