The team serves as a trusted bridge between clients, digital capabilities, reporting solutions, and product innovation.Key ResponsibilitiesLead, coach, and develop a team of Digital Solutions Consultants.Partner with clients to understand business objectives and recommend digital, reporting, and data solutions.Oversee client onboarding, platform adoption, and implementation of technology solutions.Act as a senior escalation point for complex client requirements and digital initiatives.Collaborate with Product, Technology, Relationship Management, and Operations teams to deliver client-focused outcomes.Gather client feedback and represent the voice of the client in product enhancement and innovation discussions.Deliver presentations, product demonstrations, training sessions, and client technology reviews.Drive strategic initiatives that improve client experience, operational efficiency, and digital adoption.Skills/ Qualifications:The successful candidate will benefit from havingProven leadership experience within financial services, asset servicing, fintech, or a related client-facing technology environment.Strong understanding of digital platforms, data solutions, reporting tools, APIs, and client technology solutions.Demonstrated success managing client relationships and delivering complex implementations or consulting engagements.Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.Ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and influence outcomes across global teams.Drive meaningful client outcomes through innovation, strategic consulting, and exceptional service.Strong problem-solving, organizational, and project management capabilities.Work AuthorizationApplicants must have the right to work in the United Kingdom at the time of application and for the duration of employment.Please note that Northern Trust is unable to provide visa sponsorship for this role.
