Job summary
Iron Mountain is seeking an strategic Design Manager to lead end-to-end design delivery for critical data centre construction projects across Europe, including London, Amsterdam, Madrid, and Frankfurt. You will work with multidisciplinary experts and external consultants to ensure infrastructure meets exact standards and supports our expanding digital footprint.

Qualifications
- Extensive experience delivering design for mission-critical facilities (data centres, pharma, energy).
- Strong knowledge of M&E systems and building codes.
- Experience directing multidisciplinary design teams and managing stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Lead external design consultants to deliver data centre facilities aligned with global specs.
- Collaborate with internal teams to execute fit-out programs and validate opportunities.
- Oversee budgets, schedules and product delivery to meet quality and safety standards.
- Identify critical engineering risks early to protect timelines and delivery quality.
