Job summary
Iron Mountain is seeking a strategic Design Manager to join our EMEA Design and Construction team. You will lead end-to-end design delivery for critical data centre construction projects across markets like London, Amsterdam, Madrid, and Frankfurt, ensuring our infrastructure meets exact engineering standards and supports our expanding digital footprint.

Qualifications
- Experience delivering design for mission-critical facilities (data centres) across multiple markets.
- Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, life safety, and control systems.
- Ability to lead multidisciplinary design teams and manage vendor relations.
- Willingness to travel internationally up to 25%.
Responsibilities
- Lead external design consultants to deliver data centre facilities per global specs.
- Collaborate with construction, finance, sales, and operations on fit-out programs.
- Provide engineering oversight of budgets, schedules, and product delivery.
- Identify engineering risks early to protect timelines and quality.
