Job summary

You will lead design efforts, collaborate with regional teams and external partners, and contribute to workplace standards and guidelines while balancing practicality with innovative design in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in UX research and leading large cross-functional projects.
• Ability to define program requirements and use data to drive improvements.
• Experience with web-based design tooling and project management software.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage the design of post-occupancy tenant improvements and small to medium site projects.
• Collaborate with external/vendor design teams and align design with Global Design concepts.
