Eden Brown is working with a leading UK commercial fit-out and design & build contractor in London to appoint an experienced Design Manager. You will lead the technical design delivery across high-profile workplace projects, coordinating with clients, consultants, pre-construction and delivery teams to ensure buildable, compliant solutions.

Responsibilities include BIM coordination, managing multi-disciplinary design packages, and mentoring junior staff, with a competitive salary and clear

Qualifications

Degree qualified in Architecture or related design discipline.
Proven experience as a Design Manager in commercial fit-out or design-build environments.
Experience coordinating multidisciplinary design teams and design packages.

Responsibilities

Lead the technical design delivery for commercial fit-out and refurbishment projects.
Coordinate architectural, structural, M&E and subcontractor design packages.
Ensure designs are buildable, compliant with Building Regulations and budget.
Lead design coordination workshops and project design meetings.
Mentor junior team members and support principal designer tasks as required.
