Job summary

Amazon is seeking a Design Manager for the EMEA Portfolio within Design, Sustainability & Engineering. Based in London, Madrid, or Luxembourg, you will oversee post-occupancy tenant improvement design across Europe, aligning projects with Corporate Workplace concepts and coordinating with Global Design and regional teams.

Qualifications

Experience in UX research.
Experience leading large cross-functional projects through full product development life cycle.
Ability to use data/metrics to drive improvements.
Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Construction Management, Engineering, or related field.
Experience communicating with all levels in the organization.

Responsibilities

Oversee design of post-occupancy tenant improvement projects and small/medium new site projects.
Collaborate with external/vendor design teams on select projects.
Align each project's design to the Global Design concept for Corporate Workplace.
Inform Guidelines and Standards on design elements for global adoption.
Identify opportunities to refine design using operational data and insights.
