Job summary

GitLab is seeking a Demo Architect to support field demos, workshops, trials, and internal test environments globally. You will build tools and workflows, expand the Demo Architect Portal, and provision infrastructure for hands-on customer experiences across GitLab.com and demo instances.

You will collaborate with Solutions Architects, Account Executives, Customer Success, Marketing, and Engineering to create practical, repeatable solutions and document go-to-market workflows for pre-sales

Qualifications

• Experience building software, systems, or internal tools for technical users or business teams.
• Ability to deliver production-grade software and automation with reliability and documentation.
• Comfort working across application development and infrastructure with provisioning and service workflows.
• Familiarity with monitoring/observability tools to shorten investigation time.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain tools, applications, and workflows for demos, workshops, trials, and internal test environments.
• Expand the Demo Architect Portal to improve automation, self-service, and scalability for field teams and partners.
• Provision and support infrastructure enabling hands-on customer experiences across GitLab.com and demo instances.
• Collaborate with Solutions Architects, Account Executives, Customer Success, Marketing, and Engineering to deliver practical solutions.
• Learn and document go-to-market workflows and automate repetitive steps.
