Job summary

ZipHQ, Inc. is seeking a technical demo engineer to own demo environments and develop frameworks for Solution Engineers.

This hands-on role involves building self-service tooling, shaping demo narratives, and collaborating with various teams to ensure demos are consistent and impactful. Qualifications include experience in a B2B SaaS environment, scripting skills in Python or JavaScript, and the ability to automate workflows using AI and Playwright.

Qualifications

• 2–5+ years in technical pre-sales, sales engineering, or demo engineering at a high-growth B2B SaaS company.
• Real hands-on build skills: scripting fluency and API comfort.
• Experience automating end-to-end workflows with Playwright or similar.
• Experience using AI for automation in scripting and asset generation.
• Ability to design and maintain agentic loops.

Responsibilities

• Own demo environment build and operations.

• Keep demo assets updated with releases.
• Automate scripting with AI tools.
