F5 Networks, Inc. is hiring a Demand Generation Specialist to join the EMEA RDC team on a 12-month fixed-term contract.

The role focuses on executing paid media campaigns, primarily via LinkedIn Campaign Manager, and coordinating syndication with third-party vendors to deliver high-quality MQLs and accelerate pipeline growth. You’ll work with regional marketers, the internal creative team, and BDRs to localise campaigns for key EMEA markets, while monitoring performance and ensuring data quality

Qualificações

• Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience managing B2B paid media campaigns with a core focus on LinkedIn and paid social channels in B2B tech or SaaS.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field; or equivalent professional experience.
• Proven ability to manage campaigns end-to-end, including audience segmentation and lead gen forms.
• Strong English communication and cross-functional collaboration skills, globally distributed teams.

Responsabilidades

• Build, launch, and manage EMEA paid media campaigns, primarily LinkedIn, and support 6sense.
• Coordinate content syndication with third-party media vendors and ensure lead quality.
• Monitor performance metrics and deliver actionable insights to optimise CTR, CPC, CPA, and pipeline contribution.
• Collaborate with regional RDC leads and creative teams for localised campaigns and A/B testing.
• Align MQL-to-SQL flow with the EMEA BDR team to improve lead conversion quality.
• Track spend, manage POs, and reconcile invoices to maintain budget hygiene.
