Pendo is seeking a Senior Director, Demand Generation EMEA to lead pipeline across the UK, DACH, France, Nordics, and Netherlands. This London-based, hybrid role reports to the VP of Revenue Marketing and partners with regional sales leaders to design high-impact programmes from ground up.

You will develop Europe-centric demand programs, collaborate with Sales, and drive regional strategy across diverse markets and languages, with emphasis on French and DACH. Fluency in FR/DE is a plus.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of B2B SaaS marketing experience, with 3–5+ years in a senior demand generation or regional marketing leadership role.
• Proven track record of owning and hitting a pipeline number in a high-growth environment.
• Experience building demand generation programmes from scratch, not just adapting global campaigns for regional use.
• Multi-market EMEA experience with genuine depth in French and/or DACH markets.
• Experience working in or with a US-headquartered company, operating autonomously from Europe.
• Comfortable operating in a small, lean team with a high degree of autonomy.
• Data-driven with confidence in attribution, forecasting, and performance analysis.
• Strong collaboration with Sales and ability to lead high-performing teams.
• Fluency in French or German would be ideal.

Responsabilités

• Own and deliver EMEA pipeline contribution across all segments and sub-regions.
• Build original, EMEA-first demand generation programmes (digital, ABM, and account plays).
• Partner with EMEA Sales on plans, coverage, and acceleration.
• Develop a coherent EMEA marketing strategy across markets, languages, and buying behaviors.
• Advocate for regional needs in global marketing planning and investment.
• Lead and develop the EMEA demand generation function, including the Director of Field Marketing.
• Define the EMEA co-marketing strategy with partners and SIs.
• Own EMEA marketing performance reporting (pipeline, ROI, funnel, revenue).
