Job summary

F5 Networks seeks a Demand Generation Specialist to join the EMEA RDC team on a 12-month fixed term contract, Hybrid London or Addlestone. You will drive paid media campaigns, primarily LinkedIn, and coordinate content syndication to generate Marketing Qualified Leads and accelerate pipeline growth.

You will partner with regional marketers, BDRs, and creatives to localise campaigns, test assets, optimise performance, and report on CTR, CPC, CPA, and pipeline impact.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience managing B2B paid media campaigns with a core focus on LinkedIn and paid social channels within B2B technology or SaaS environments.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience).
• Strong working knowledge of LinkedIn Campaign Manager, audience segmentation, and performance reporting.

Responsibilities

• Build, launch, and manage EMEA-specific paid media campaigns, primarily LinkedIn, and support platforms like 6sense.
• Partner with B2B publishers and third-party media vendors to execute content syndication campaigns.
• Regularly monitor campaign performance and generate reports, optimizing CTR, CPC, CPA and pipeline contribution.
• Collaborate with regional marketers, the internal creative team, and BDRs to localise campaigns and test creatives.
