Qualifications

• Strong track record in sales delivery.
• Experience in defense sector and OEM preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Credible, confident presentation abilities.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Valid driving license.
• Willing to undertake extensive travels across Europe.
• CRM software experience.

Responsibilities

• Take sales responsibility for territories in Europe, developing account plans.
• Build long-term relationships with customers through regular visits.
• Organize customer visits to plants with local representatives.
• Develop relationships with end users to feedback operational needs.
• Contribute to sales pipelines and forecast accuracy.
• Prepare offers and conduct product demonstrations.
• Collaborate with marketing on market trends and competitive activity.
• Ensure compliance with export licenses and regulatory requirements.
