Job summary

Textron Specialized Vehicles is hiring a Regional Sales Manager for the EMEA region, with remote work and the Midlands or North of England as a preferred base. You will drive sales, manage dealer networks, and coordinate the annual business plan across multiple markets while maintaining high margins and brand integrity.

Ideal candidates will have 5+ years in commercial roles within related industries, strong IT, and excellent interpersonal and problem‑solving skills.

Qualifications

• Educated to Degree/A Level or equivalent.
• Minimum of five years’ commercial experience and three years’ experience in a related industry.
• IT literate; Full driving licence.
• Excellent commercial awareness and interpersonal skills.
• Customer service oriented; Strong decision‑making and problem‑solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Achieve monthly, quarterly and annual sales targets for the EMEA region via a Hybrid sales approach.
• Develop and execute dealer/distributor strategy to grow sales and margin.
• Maintain records and reports; manage dealer relationships and business plans.
• Identify new sales opportunities and establish a secure dealer network.
• Promote brand and provide product demonstrations to end users.
