Job summary

Belimo is seeking a Business Development Manager Data Centers EMEA, based in the United Kingdom, to shape and execute Belimo’s long‑term growth strategy within one of the fastest‑growing industries worldwide.

You will drive strategic initiatives across the European data center market, build strong relationships with hyperscalers, colocation providers, and key industry players, and help position Belimo as a trusted partner for mission‑critical infrastructure.

Qualifications

• Degree in Business, Engineering, Building Technology or related field.
• Several years of experience in business development, key account management, strategic sales or market development in data centers.
• Strong commercial acumen with analytical and strategic thinking.

Responsibilities

• Support and refine the EMEA Data Center Strategy with market insights and customer feedback.
• Identify emerging technologies and market developments across hyperscale, colocation, edge data centers, AI, and HPC.
• Develop and execute strategic account plans for key end customers, creating growth opportunities.
• Act as the primary contact for strategic data center customers and align needs with Belimo’s solutions.
• Drive new business development activities, growing a qualified sales pipeline.
• Coordinate with local country organizations and collaborate with Sales, Marketing and Product Management.
• Monitor account performance and pipeline development, reporting to senior management.
