Job summary

SpyCloud, a UK-based cybersecurity company, is seeking a driven Sales Development Representative to support the EMEA region. You will generate leads, qualify inbound opportunities, and educate prospects about SpyCloud’s identity protection solutions.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of proven success selling cybersecurity solutions to mid-market and/or enterprise customers.
• Remote work experience and ability to work independently.
• Proficiency with Salesforce.com, ZoomInfo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and SalesLoft.
• Strong organizational, communication, and time-management skills.
• Understanding of SDR best practices and lead development processes.
• Excellent verbal and written communication and a team-oriented mindset.

Responsibilities

• Lead generation through outbound calls, emails, events, and social channels.
• Qualify inbound leads and advance them through the sales cycle.
• Educate leads on SpyCloud and nurture them toward conversations with the EMEA Sales Director.
• Maintain high daily activity: calls, meetings, and proactive outreach.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to expand knowledge of SpyCloud.
