THE TEAM is seeking a senior cybersecurity leader to direct UK/EMEA security operations and incident response within a global framework. The role requires mentoring regional teams, aligning with global strategy, and partnering with business and technology leaders to mitigate risks across identity, endpoints, cloud, and SaaS platforms.

You will work with SOC/MDR providers, lead security initiatives, and ensure governance, policy adherence, and regulatory compliance within the EMEA region.

Qualifikationen

• Strong professional experience in cybersecurity/information security, including leadership responsibilities.
• Experience managing, mentoring, or leading cybersecurity professionals.
• Hands-on experience with enterprise security operations and incident response.
• Experience working with SOC/MDR/MSSP providers.
• Practical knowledge of SIEM, EDR/XDR, identity security, vulnerability management, email security, and cloud security.
• Experience investigating identity, endpoint, email, SaaS, and cloud security events.
• Familiarity with ISO/IEC 27001, NIST CSF, and CIS Controls.
• Multinational or distributed organization experience preferred.

Aufgaben

• Serve as day-to-day cybersecurity leader for EMEA and extend the Sr. Director of Cybersecurity.
• Manage, mentor, and develop UK/EMEA cybersecurity team members.
• Provide technical guidance and support professional development and performance management.
• Represent Cybersecurity with regional Technology and business stakeholders.
• Maintain visibility into regional risks and escalate issues to global leadership.
• Hands-on investigations, incidents, assessments, remediation, and initiatives.
• Coordinate with 24x7 SOC/MDR for detection, containment and response.
• Coordinate regional response activities and escalate significant events to the global process.
• Support security analysis across identity, endpoint, email, SaaS, cloud, and other technologies.
• Participate in incident-response exercises and post-incident reviews.
