THE·TEAM is seeking an experienced Director of Cybersecurity (EMEA) to provide hands-on leadership and operational security across the region. The role involves mentoring UK/EMEA security staff, coordinating with the SOC/MDR provider, and aligning with global security strategy and governance.

Qualifications

• Senior cybersecurity leadership experience
• Proven mentoring/people development
• Hands-on incident response and investigations
• Experience with SOC/MDR/MSSP providers
• Familiarity with SIEM, EDR/XDR, identity and cloud security
• Knowledge of ISO/IEC 27001, NIST CSF, CIS Controls
• Experience in multinational or distributed organizations

Responsabilités

• Act as day-to-day cybersecurity leader for EMEA and extend global leadership
• Mentor UK/EMEA security team members
• Provide technical guidance and performance management support
• Represent cybersecurity with regional stakeholders
• Coordinate with SOC/MDR for detection and response
• Lead regional vulnerability management and risk initiatives
• Participate in security reviews of new tech and cloud services
• Ensure alignment with global security architecture and controls
