THE·TEAM in London is seeking an experienced Director, Cybersecurity (EMEA) to provide hands-on leadership and strategic direction across the UK and Europe.

You will mentor the security team, lead incident response, coordinate with the SOC/MDR, and ensure security controls align with global standards.

A proven track record in enterprise security, vulnerability management, and governance is essential, with a collaborative approach across business and technology leaders.

Qualificações

• Strong leadership experience in cybersecurity at scale.
• Experience with incident response and threat management.
• Knowledge of security frameworks (ISO/IEC 27001, NIST).
• Experience working with multinational teams.
