EMEA Cybersecurity Director — Lead, Protect & Grow

Job summary

The·TEAM is seeking an experienced Director, Cybersecurity (EMEA) to provide hands-on leadership across the region and to mentor UK/EMEA security professionals. You will partner with business and technology leaders, coordinate with our SOC/MDR provider, and drive security initiatives aligned with global strategy.

You will strengthen the follow-the-sun security model, guide vulnerability management, and ensure regional programs meet established GA security architecture and governance standards.

Qualifications

• Strong professional experience in cybersecurity leadership and hands-on execution.
• Experience with security operations, incident response, and working with SOC/MDR providers.
• Knowledge of SIEM/EDR/XDR, identity security, cloud security, and vulnerability management.
• Familiarity with ISO/IEC 27001, NIST CSF, CIS Controls; multinational work preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop UK/EMEA cybersecurity teams and coordinate with global leadership.
• Manage incidents, investigations, vulnerability remediation, and security initiatives.
• Collaborate with Legal/Privacy, Tech, and business leadership on governance and risk.
• Maintain alignment with global security architecture and control requirements.
