Job summary

CooperVision is seeking a Customer Marketing Manager EMEA in Fareham, UK to partner across Marketing, Sales and Partner teams and deliver insight-led category campaigns aligned with our regional strategy.

You will design and activate consumer and retailer programs with external agencies, develop added-value services, tools, and training, and drive cross-functional collaboration across the EMEA region to achieve business results.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10–15 years in commercial marketing roles.
• Experience with Key Account Management, Customer Marketing and/or Category Management.
• Experience with multinational accounts/chains in B2B or B2B2C.
• Ability to interpret data to create insights and strategic roadmaps.
• Excellent project management and cross-functional leadership experience.

Responsibilities

• Deliver insight-led category campaigns for the EMEA region.
• Collaborate with external agencies to design platforms for category campaigns.
• Develop Myopia-focused tools and CBT partner resources.
• Embed campaigns across markets and evolve added-value services framework.
• Coordinate with regional leaders to map country action plans for customer/category needs.
